PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Scottsdale, AZ – Full Time

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing day to day field staff communications for experiential and event marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be able to handle multiple tasks. This is a very fast-paced, high energy environment that breaks the “9-5” mold.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work directly with client and develop/identify the staffing profile, staff responsibilities, and staffing timelines for each program.
  • Source, screen, interview, and hire promotional staff for promotional events nationwide
  • Communicate with clients, internal colleagues, and staff at all times leading up to, during, and after program activations (including nights and weekends).

The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and booking qualified staff for nationwide experiential and event marketing programs.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Source and recruit promotional staff for nationwide experiential and event marketing campaigns through internal systems and external job postings.
  • Thoroughly screen, interview and hire staff for multiple campaigns.

The Event Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting in recruiting and booking qualified staff for nationwide experiential and event marketing programs.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Assist in sourcing and recruiting promotional staff for nationwide experiential and event marketing campaigns through internal systems and external job postings.
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on key accounts and deliver prompt and sound decisions.
