EPS Featured Event: Twisted Tea NASCAR

This week’s EPS Featured Event is the Twisted Tea NASCAR Show Car campaign.  This year, Twisted Tea teamed up with driver Ty Dillion for the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, and is the primary sponsor of several races.

Product Sampling Events

To celebrate the Twisted Tea racing team and the sponsorship, the brand is bringing the #13 Twisted Tea show car to select NASCAR markets for product sampling events.  The events give Twisted Tea drinkers an up-close and personal experience with the #13 car, as well as samples and giveaways.  Ty Dillion, the #13 driver, has even made appearances at several event activations!

In each market, EPS is providing brand ambassadors to promote the brand at local retailers.  The brand ambassadors are on hand to interact with customers and introduce them to the brand and products in an effort to drive sales. The events have been a crowd pleaser and have provided a fun and memorable experience for NASCAR fans and consumers.

EPS Featured Event: Nintendo Summer of Play Tour

This week’s featured event is the Nintendo Summer of Play tour!  The 13-city experiential marketing tour brings the Nintendo Switch and 3DS gaming systems to venues across the country.  The tour gives families an opportunity to experience new game titles as well as classic favorites.  Guests can also check out Nintendo’s latest handheld system, the 2D XL, which was released this month.  At each venue, EventPro Strategies is providing tech-savvy brand ambassadors to assist with the highly-interactive brand experience.

EPS Featured Event: Mayfield Ice Cream Mobile Tour

This week’s EPS Featured Event is the Mayfield Ice Cream Mobile Tour! The tour, with the cutest ice cream truck EVER in tow, is making stops across the southeastern United States.  EPS is providing local brand ambassadors to promote the beloved southern staple (and its recent “brand restage initiative”) at retail locations, community events, and sporting events.

At each event, our promotional staff interacts with and engages consumers, distributes Mayfield ice cream samples and coupons, and relays key brand messaging.  The promotional teams are having a great time promoting Mayfield and consumers are loving free ice cream samples on a hot summer day! Featured Event: Wendy’s Drive to the Final Four

EventPro Strategies teamed up with The Marketing Arm to provide brand ambassadors for the Wendy’s Drive to the Final Four mobile tour. The tour celebrated Wendy’s partnership with NCAA basketball and their title as the Official Hamburger of the NCAA!

Drive to the Final Four Mobile Tour

The three-week tour kicked off on Selection Sunday and then visited campuses of NCAA powerhouses – Xavier University, Butler University and the University of Louisville. From there, the tour went on to the first and second round tournaments in Indianapolis, the regional tournament in Kansas City, and then headed to the Final Four in Phoenix.

Featured Event: Doodle 4 Google

EventPro Strategies partnered with Pinpoint Productions to provide event managers for the 2017 Doodle 4 Google (D4G) program! The event took place in fifty-three cities throughout the U.S, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Though some cities were very remote, EPS successfully staffed and executed all locations.  

Doodle 4 Google

Doodle 4 Google is an annual art competition open to students in grades K-12 in the United States. To enter the competition, students create and design a doodle of the Google homepage logo. Google awards one winner on the state level and those winners go on to compete for the national prize. The national winner receives a $30,000 scholarship, a $50,000 grant for their school, and will have their design featured on the Google homepage for one day.
