Jessica Browder-Stackpoole founded EventPro Strategies in 1999 after learning about experiential marketing as an industry insider, a freelance tour and market manager, event producer, and talent.
In 1999 and 2000, EPS operated as a one woman show in Asheville, North Carolina. Ten years later, EPS has expanded to 30+ full-time employees, is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, and still has an office in Asheville,as well as two other US remote locations. EPS is also incorporated in Canada and focused on activating its global expansion.
EPS is recognized as a leader in the experiential marketing industry and is known for its innovation and launching many industry “firsts” such as:
- First to secure $6M in comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage across all 50 states, Canada, and all other international locales
- First to implement Standard Operating Procedure to book 100% of all talent directly and never sub out
- First to reclassify and hire all talent as part-time employees (not Independent Contractors)
- First event staffing agency to develop client centric technology solutions to include data capture and assimilation, cell phone reporting, ROI measurement, and talent testing applications
EPS is a true pioneer and has been at the forefront of process engineering, operational standardization, large-scale staffing project management, and innovative development for the experiential marketing staffing industry.
