Jessica is a visionary leader with over 14 years of experience in event and experiential marketing. She directs EventPro Strategies' (EPS) strategic plan, marketing, public relations, and sales initiatives.
Jessica's primary role is CEO and making clients look the best they can in the field. To achieve this, Jessica focuses on burgeoning new standards in technology, client services, recruitment, project management, quality control, scalability, and implementation of new measurement methodologies. Jessica is known in the industry for constantly pushing the bar to new levels each and every year. "Our capital investment in training, processes, technology, and custom software thrusts EventPro Strategies to the cutting edge of this industry," she says.
When EventPro Strategies was founded, experiential marketing was still considered an emerging discipline. Since then, Jessica has guided the evolution of EventPro Strategies from a one woman shop to the new standard in US and Canadian Staffing and Execution for this incredible niche industry. She is very proud of her EPS family and consistently notes that the culture at EventPro Strategies is deep, fluid, and amazing. "We truly are unique. It just doesn't get any better than this."
Prior to founding EventPro Strategies in 1999, Jessica learned the industry from the ground up while freelancing for several years as a tour manager, market manager, and event producer for brands including Coca-Cola, EA Sports, Kraft, Proctor & Gamble, and Reebok.
Jessica is an active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and the Women’s President’s Organization (WPO). Jessica is a 2007 graduate of MIT’s prestigious Entrepreneurial Masters Program, formerly known as Birthing of Giants (BOG), and is a founding member of Becoming Industry Giants (BIG), a yearly event for BOG graduates. Based on the book “Outliers”, Jessica is an industry expert having personally logged more than 45,000 hours to date, solely in the Experiential Marketing industry in regards to staffing, execution, and project management.
David Andow, Chief Operating Officer

David Andow
David is a leader committed to bringing out the best in people, with over 18 years of leadership experience. He leads/supports the charge for EventPro Strategies’ in Operations, Human Resources, Technology, Strategic Planning, and Business Development. He will play an intricate role in regards to EventPro Strategies’ global expansion as well.
David’s primary responsibility as EventPro Strategies' Chief Operating Officer is to ensure the execution at the national and international levels with successful product delivery to EventPro Strategies’ clients, while leading and developing team members. Over the years, David has developed systems and standards he calls “Landscaping” that have built foundations strong enough to withstand and support explosive growth for such companies as Cold Stone Creamery and Re-Bath Corporation. David stated that; “I have always been a firm believer in defining the company strategy that supports our vision, thus allowing us to unify the teams’ direction and ability to achieve our goals and aspirations.”
Before joining EventPro Strategies, David was the owner and President of Arts Alive, an art gallery in Scottsdale, AZ featuring original artwork, custom framing, wholesale distribution, and publishing. He also served on the board for the American Society of Interior Designers AZ. Arts Alive was honored with the “Industry Partner of the Year Award” in 2008. Additionally, Arts Alive was selected amongst hundreds of vendors to be the key feature in Costco’s art walks.
David served as the Vice President of Development, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer for Cold Stone Creamery from 2001 to 2006. Under his leadership, Cold Stone Creamery grew from 147 locations to over 1300 locations across 7 countries! Cold Stone Creamery became the fastest growing company in its category and ranked 11th fastest growing company by Entrepreneur Magazine for all categories.
David also “re-launched” the franchise division for Re-Bath Corporation over a period of 10 years from 1991 to 2001 where he held the positions of National Sales Manager, Director of Franchise Development and Training, and finally, led Re-Bath Corporation to what’s now the largest franchise organization of its kind as the Vice President and General Manager. David doubled the size of Re-Bath his first year and continued on that path for four straight years. More importantly, while doing this, net margins remained in double digits even during this extreme growth!
David has a bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has served with many affiliations including International Council of Shopping Centers, International Franchise Association, American Society of interior Designers, Trust Funding of America, and Make-A-Wish Foundation’s, in conjunction with Cold Stone Creamery.
Personally, David enjoys outdoor activities such as trail running, biking and golf! Reading and charity work is important to him as well.
Pam Selland-Brown, Director of Operations

Pam Selland-Brown
Pam Selland-Brown is a leader with over 15 years experience providing operations, human resource management, and consulting solutions. She has proven her success in building positive, and effective teams and producing consistent bottom line business results in the areas of human resources, recruitment, management, operations and sales.
As the Director of Operations, Pam’s primary responsibility at EventPro Strategies is to lead quality improvements in systems and execution in the Operations Departments. She will assist the COO in the corporate benchmarking strategies, performance measurement indicators, and financial modeling of the company, to determine the effectiveness, outcomes, risk, scalability, and measurable impact of projects. She will oversee the continuous measurement/success of Key Success Factors within the Operations function. Pam will bring immense value to EventPro Strategies and to our clients with her ability to develop, deploy and operate processes and practices for efficiency across multiple regions that deliver consistently within an optimized cost structure.
Before joining EventPro Strategies, Pam was the Director of Talent Acquisition for a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services delivered from both onshore and offshore locations. Measuring the success of her teams through performance metrics managed by a Quarterly Balanced Scorecard, Pam was able to train and develop her employees, establish and build business relationships while improving client satisfaction, increasing the quality of employees and reducing attrition.
Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 2007, Pam served as the Branch Operations Manager for Manpower Professional in Boise, Idaho for 8 years. At Manpower, her teams offered a full range of customized workforce solutions, including complete account management on a local, national and global scale. She maintained full P&L responsibilities for multiple business units exceeding 1,500 employees performing work in 5 states. While at Manpower, Pam received numerous awards for “growing business in line with overall business objectives”, ” exceptional performance of a business unit,” and an Outstanding Office Achievement award “to recognize excellence in accomplishing the vision and strategies.”
Pam completed her MBA from Boise State University along with her undergraduate degree in General Business Administration.
Dale Schoolman, Controller

Dale Schoolman
Dale brings over 20 years of experience, leadership and accounting development to EventPro Strategies. He believes in companywide teamwork to provide accurate and timely financial information for Senior Management to make solid business decisions in a growing company like EventPro Strategies.
As Controller, Dale will supervise the accounting department and continually integrate updated policies and procedures to fully utilize their skills and streamline communications with all departments.
For the past 2 years, Dale has been a self employed Accountant and Accounting Software Consultant. He worked 6 years with a HVAC Contractor, developing the accounting department, and implemented policies and procedures while the company revenues grew from 12 – 48 million. He also has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution and franchise accounting.
Dale and his wife currently own a small retail store in Old Town Peoria, AZ and online at coolstoreusa.com, a young store in the development stage.
Dale loves to help companies grow smartly, and will greatly contribute to EventPro Strategies achieving our Vision.
Corey Bradley, Director of Administration

Corey Bradley
Corey came to EventPro Strategies with over 12 years of experience developing and implementing internal and external operating systems. He has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results above and beyond expectation. As Director of Administration for EventPro Strategies, Corey is responsible for managing EventPro Strategies' company policy, budget control, human resources, executive support and facilities management. In addition, Corey plays a vital role in the development and administration of EventPro Strategies company-wide performance metrics designed to maximize efficiency and ensure success.
Prior to joining EventPro Strategies, Corey was the owner of his own consulting firm. The primary focus of his business was project management, specifically, working with small companies to develop and implement integrated business development and administrative systems. From 2001 to 2005 Corey served as Administration Director and Facilities Manager for Cold Stone Creamery Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was responsible for overseeing many facets of the business including, lead generation marketing, development and implementation of standard operating procedures, executive support, and fostering the growth of the brand through event coordination and project management.
Corey attended West Virginia State University where he obtained a bachelors degree in Business Administration.
