Objective:

To promote Discovery Health stores, television program, and website by registering consumers to take part in an on-line weight management program

Parameters:

  • One day “Weigh-in” registration event and 2 day 
“Weigh-out” event.
  • 98 Nationwide MALL locations. 97 Managers, 413 
Talent,  (510  total staff per execution)
  • All 98 Nationwide MALL locations executed
simultaneously

Results:

  • Recruited, contracted, organized and trained 413 
Talent and 97 managers (510 total staff per execution) throughout the country for January event; recruited 
additional Talent for April event
  • One Market Manager and 3 Talent for in-store events; 
additional Talent for mall blow-out events
  • Sourced and budgeted all logistical production and 
fulfillment items
  • Provided extensive program recap
  • Hired additional Talent when program response increased unexpectedly
  • Weighed and registered over 150,000 consumers during January event
  • Distributed over 26,000 “Get Fit Kits”
