Event Staffing Spotlight: McDonald’s

EventPro Strategies (EPS), the leader in experiential marketing event staffing, is thrilled to be providing multicultural brand ambassadors for the 2016 McDonald’s Family Pavilion festival tour! For the sixth consecutive year, EPS is providing teams of bilingual brand ambassadors to assist with the McDonald’s Family Pavilion. The Family Pavilion is an on-going experiential marketing campaign that celebrates the Asian culture and heritage at festivals and parades throughout the United States.

A Nationwide Campaign

The McDonald’s Family Pavilion will visit 15 cities through October to generate excitement for the restaurant brand in the Asian community.  The activation offers something fun for everyone, with a variety of interactive elements and some pretty cool giveaways.  Event attendees can try their hand at the electronic prize wheel for a chance to win a McDonald’s Arch Card or a goody bag filled with branded items and coupons.  Attendees can also receive information on college scholarships offered by McDonald’s. And, of course, children can even meet Ronald McDonald!

The EPS brand ambassadors are on hand to welcome event attendees to the event and engage them in conversation about the McDonald’s brand.  The brand ambassadors also encourage attendees to participate in interactive elements, distribute promotional items, and create buzz for the brand while facilitating a positive and memorable brand experience.
