Event Staffing Spotlight: MR. ROBOT Brand Ambassadors

EventPro Strategies teamed up with long time client Civic Entertainment Group (CEG) to provide a stellar team of brand ambassadors to assist with an epic experiential marketing activation for USA Network’s award winning original series MR. ROBOT at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, TX.

The MR. ROBOT “fsociety” activation offered several unique interactive elements for SXSW attendees to experience. To give the activation a Coney Island (the show’s setting) feel, CEG brought in a massive, 100-foot branded Ferris wheel and other carnival style attractions to the festival.  Attendees could board a gondola and enjoy a complimentary ride on the Ferris wheel, giving them a spectacular view of the city!  The activation also featured an incredible 60-foot long fsociety lair which housed a MR. ROBOT photo booth and a retro arcade filled with old-school video games like PacMan, Donkey Kong and Gallaga.  Topping off the activation was a 90’s inspired t-shirt screen printing station where fans could pick up a custom MR. ROBOT t-shirt.

EPS’ brand ambassadors were on site to interact with festival goers, assist with the interactive elements, and create buzz surrounding the season premiere of MR. ROBOT, which is slated for July 2016.  The EPS brand ambassadors had an amazing time working this incredible event and they did a phenomenal job creating a memorable and unforgettable brand experience for SXSW attendees!
