Portal
EPS’ portal philosophy allows it to manage, aggregate, and display data and applications to its clients. Having a centralized database at its core, data is automatically updated and integrated across systems. EPS’ portal is the communication and information hub for clients, talent, and EPS employees.

Real-time Event/Program Status

EPS’ online check-in of talent at events via mobile, email, or its web portal assists in providing real time data on event execution day. This functionality provides scalability and allows us to check in hundreds of brand ambassadors in hundreds of geographic locations simultaneously.
Report Cards
EPS provides its clients with online post-event report cards that capture and analyze the components of the event. This tool provides both statistical and graphical results allowing clients to make event recaps more accurately and timely.

EPS has the ability to search its talent database in over 50 unique demographic categories. This allows us to narrow our search to the most critical client components which provides the best match of talent to the event.
Online Testing
EPS has developed online testing capabilities which are fully integrated into its portal. The pre-event qualifying of talent assists in ensuring brand ambassadors understand your product and your expectations.

Social Networking
EPS leverages Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and other social networking sites to help recruit and interact with talent. Future integration of Facebook Connect and MySpace ID are planned to allow talent to easily register, share their data, and upload photos with EPS.
