The latest Nintendo gaming system is almost here! The Nintendo Switch made its debut last month in New York City at a three-day product launch event geared towards the media, VIPs, and super-fans. EventPro Strategies’ brand ambassadors had a fantastic time promoting Samuel Adams at The Music Run in Los Angeles! The Music Run is the ultimate 5k running and music festival and is also known as the world’s loudest 5k (and for good reason)!  The run boasted 120 speakers along the route that pumped out a playlist covering five genres of music.  Sam Adams was the official craft beer sponsor of the 2016 tour and the sponsor of the run’s “rock zone”.   After the run, participants partied the night away with live bands, DJs, dancers, and fireworks! Featured Event: Fiat Chrysler Automotive

EventPro Strategies provided experienced automotive product specialists to represent Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) at auto shows throughout the US in 2016.  The events showcased FCA’s law enforcement vehicles and targeted officials looking to increase their LEO fleet vehicle size or upgrade outdated fleet vehicles. The event exhibit consisted of Dodge law enforcement vehicles and simulators as well as safety, tactical and technology demonstrations.

The automotive product specialists went through extensive training to learn about vehicle specifications as well as FCA’s fleet services. The product specialists were on hand to greet and interact with officials in attendance while providing directional assistance throughout the extensive exhibit.  Additionally, the product specialists relayed key brand messaging and answered questions for officials.

Featured Event: Ford Warriors in Pink

For 22 years, the Ford Motor Company has joined in the fight against breast cancer and is proudly  a National Series Sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.  In 2016, EventPro Strategies (EPS) had the pleasure of providing brand ambassadors for the Ford Warriors in Pink campaign at Race for the Cure events in eight U.S. markets.

Our brand ambassadors were on hand to greet visitors to the activation area and encourage them to participate in several interactive elements including a giant “What Makes a Good Day” chalkboard.  Here, they could jot down encouraging messages for participants, survivors, families and attendees.  Additionally, the event team assisted with a fun prize wheel and distributed beautiful bandanas from the Ford Warriors in Pink apparel collection, Warrior Wear.  Our brand ambassadors, along with the entire EPS team, is thrilled to have had the honor to work on this amazing program.

Featured Event: Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle

EventPro Strategies partnered with long-time client Civic Entertainment Group to provide a team of charismatic and experienced brand ambassadors to promote Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle at Popfest in downtown Los Angeles.

The experiential event included several interactive elements, including the Lip Sync Battle Stage.  Here, festival-goers took the stage to perform their own lip sync to compete for exclusive swag items.  Attendees also had the opportunity to create a Boomerang photo to share on social media and participate in fun activities.

Our brand ambassadors interacted with festival-goers and encouraged them take part in the experience.  They also assisted with participant registration, event activities, and provided attendees with key talking points about the show.

The brand ambassadors had an absolute blast promoting the show and they did an amazing job representing the brand!

Featured Event: FanDuel Fantasy Sports App

For the second consecutive year, EventPro Strategies (EPS) is providing tech-savvy brand ambassadors to promote the FanDuel fantasy sports mobile app in conjunction with the 2016-2017 NBA and NFL season.

The brand ambassadors are promoting the app at NBA and NFL home games in select markets, along with one-off activations at sports bars and other sports-centric events. At each event, the brand ambassadors are promoting and demonstrating the FanDuel app to sports enthusiasts, and assisting them with the app download, registration, and fantasy team lineups.

EPS staffed many successful experiential events for FanDuel in 2015 and early 2016, and we cannot wait to see what this year and the future holds for this unique fantasy sports brand!

Featured Event: Coca-Cola COPA Championship Experience

EventPro Strategies provided promotional staff to represent Coca-Cola at COPA America Centenario!  COPA America is the oldest global soccer tournament and for the first time in history, the three-city tournament took place in the U.S.

Highlighted by a 30 foot x 10 foot HD video board, the Coca-Cola Championship Experience was the centerpiece of the COPA Fan Plaza.  EPS hired brand ambassadors, a DJ, and an emcee in each city to assist with the massive footprint.  The DJ and emcee filled the experience with entertaining music and commentary while the brand ambassadors assisted with interactive elements, premium distribution, and product sampling.

The experience included something for everyone!  First, fans could test their ability at Speed Kick, a game to measure how fast they could kick a soccer ball.  Next, an exclusive photo experience gave fans the opportunity to share branded photos on social media platforms.  Throughout the entire activation, the giant video board displayed event graphics, activation photos, and live video feed from the event.  To top of the experience, fans enjoyed samples of refreshing Coca-Cola products and summer themed swag items to help beat the heat.

Event Staffing Spotlight: Hershey’s Brand Ambassadors

The countdown to the 2016 Summer Olympics is on!  EventPro Strategies’ (EPS) brand ambassadors had a blast promoting the Hershey brand at a huge celebration in Times Square that kicked off the 100-day countdown to the summer games.  The air was filled with excitement as 75 members of Team USA were on hand to greet fans and pump up the crowd for a day of fun activities.

EPS’ brand ambassadors canvassed the pep rally and interacted with event attendees while promoting Hershey’s #OneSweetCelebration campaign.  The brand ambassadors distributed limited edition, Team USA branded Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars and encouraged attendees to visit Hershey’s Chocolate World, a retail store in Times Square, for even more Team USA branded treats.  The fan favorites were most definitely the EPS costumed brand ambassadors, who were dressed as a Hershey’s Chocolate Bar and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.  Much to their delight, the costumed staff gave high fives and posed for photos with event attendees.

Hershey’s #OneSweetCelebration campaign was a huge success and gave event attendees a fun and memorable brand experience that they will remember for years to come.
