Objective:
To promote Discovery Health stores, television program, and website by registering consumers to take part in an on-line weight management program
Parameters:
- One day “Weigh-in” registration event and 2 day “Weigh-out” event.
- 98 Nationwide MALL locations. 97 Managers, 413 Talent, (510 total staff per execution)
- All 98 Nationwide MALL locations executed simultaneously
Results:
- Recruited, contracted, organized and trained 413 Talent and 97 managers (510 total staff per execution) throughout the country for January event; recruited additional Talent for April event
- One Market Manager and 3 Talent for in-store events; additional Talent for mall blow-out events
- Sourced and budgeted all logistical production and fulfillment items
- Provided extensive program recap
- Hired additional Talent when program response increased unexpectedly
- Weighed and registered over 150,000 consumers during January event
- Distributed over 26,000 “Get Fit Kits”
