EventPro Strategies recently provided event managers to assist with a gift basket campaign for Office Depot and OfficeMax in 82 US cities. The event managers hand delivered gift baskets to 125 loyal business customers in each market to thank them for being valued customers and to announce the merger of Office Depot and OfficeMax.
Each event manager was responsible for the final preparation of the gift baskets, which included office supplies, a discount savings card, and local bakery items. The event managers then delivered the baskets to valued customers over a period of two weeks and relayed key details about the merger and about business services offered at each local Office Depot/OfficeMax store. Customers were surprised and delighted to receive the gift baskets, making this customer appreciation campaign highly successful!
