TBS’ SEARCH PARTY at SXSW
EventPro Strategies teamed up with long time client Civic Entertainment Group (CEG) to provide brand ambassadors for an awesome experiential marketing pop-up activation for TBS’ SEARCH PARTY at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, TX.
In Search Of Pop-Up Experience
SEARCH PARTY’s “In Search Of” pop-up gave attendees the chance to step into the network’s hit series with a Brooklyn inspired marketplace, complete with a boutique, bar, and music venue. Guests could browse the shop for hand-crafted items made by Austin-based artisans and check out vintage records, books, and even classic Polaroid cameras from local vendors. From there, visitors headed to the backyard music venue to enjoy local food and drinks while catching performances by some of Austin’s hottest musicians.
EPS’ brand ambassadors were on hand to greet festival goers and welcome them to the pop-up. The promotional team assisted with all elements of the experience, from running the boutique and music venue to assisting with several interactive elements. The brand ambassadors encouraged attendees to have some fun with a photo booth which threw party goers into the story line and delivered awesome social sharing moments. The pop-up also included a lounge where attendees could relax, charge their devices, and catch up on the entire first season of SEARCH PARTY.
The brand ambassadors did a remarkable job creating buzz for the show and creating an exciting brand experience for SXSW attendees!
