Program Elements

Contract excellent, organized, and experienced bilingual (Spanish / English) Staff Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Brand Ambassadors for 1-day events

Staff Supervisors acted as client’s “right-hand-man” 
during execution

  • Team Leaders manage teams of 12 BAs
  • BAs had to be upbeat, energetic and active for 8+ hours and:
  • Meet and greet guests
    • Register guests
    • Control crowds within the site
    • Distribute premiums
    •  Instruct guests
    • Run interactive displays
